Purpose & Explanation
This discussion was brought to the table based on questions about some of the North Main Street Project tree plantings on the eastside of Rt. 91, between Aurora and Owen Brown Street, being delayed due to some of the adjacent business owners voicing their wishes not to have the trees planted in front of their businesses. The Trees have subsequently been planted.
