Executive Summary: The City of Hudson Administration would like to review and discuss the current status of A-frame signs in the community and a draft regulation framework.

Purpose & Explanation
The Land Development Code does not presently accommodate A-frame signs; however, they are present in the community and merchants have expressed a strong desire for these signs to be permitted in some manner. Staff has reviewed the current LDC allowances, met with the Hudson Merchants Association, and prepared the attached draft regulation framework. At the conclusion of the discussion, City Staff could proceed with the preparation and formal consideration of applicable regulations.
Timing Considerations
A formal amendment to the Land Development Code could commence after the workshop discussion.
