Purpose & Explanation
City Council and staff have met on several occasions to review the City’s Five-Year Plan. The purpose of this resolution is to adopt the plan “in concept”. There is separate legislation approving appropriations for 2019.
Included with this memo is a summary of the changes that were made to the original plan and the final draft version of the plan which includes 2013 and 2017 actual amounts. A final version including 2018 actual amounts will be distributed in early 2019.
Timing Considerations
Staff recommends passage of the plan “in concept” after three readings.
