Purpose & Explanation

City Staff from the Engineering, Parks, Public Works, Police, and Community Development Department conducted four meetings over several months to prepare an update to the Connectivity Plan for City Council discussion.  The establishment of the Connectivity Plan in 2013 created a method to map and prioritize the desired sidewalk and trails segments within the community. 

Timing Considerations

First Reading requested for November 6, 2018, Second reading on November 20, 2018, and third reading on December 4, 2018.
