Purpose and Explanation
Pulte Homes submitted a request on behalf of the property owners to rezone approximately 100 acres located north and south of Ravenna Street, west of Stow road from District 2 to District 3.
Council conducted the first reading and referral to Planning Commission on January 8, 2018. On February 8, 2018, City staff received the attached written notification from Pulte Homes that the map amendment request was withdrawn.

The application is requested to be closed and is no longer being pursued at this time.
