Purpose & Explanation
The City of Hudson will be resurfacing Stone Road from SR 303 to Hale Drive. The total estimated project cost is $178,188.34. The total estimated cost that the City of Hudson would be responsible for is a total cost not to exceed $89,094.17. This roadway is located on the City of Hudson and City of Streetsboro Corporation Line and the major construction costs are shared 50/50 between the two communities.
Timing Considerations
Once this Resolution is approved, City staff will have the Cooperation and Cost Sharing Agreement executed by the appropriate parties. This project will be managed by the City of Hudson, and the City of Streetsboro will reimburse the City of Hudson when the project is accepted and paid.
