A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH VISION SERVICE PLAN FOR CERTAIN VISION BENEFIT PLAN SERVICES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Brief Description: This authorizes the City to enter into an agreement for employee vision coverage for 2020. The City is currently self-insured for employee vision benefits, however, this agreement will provide a fully-insured program at a reduced rate to the City.

The City’s health insurance consultant was able to obtain lower costs and better coverage for the City’s vision insurance plan.
