Purpose & Explanation

A temporary 90-day moratorium is requested on enforcement of Section 874.04 (b) of the Business Regulation Code related to location for operation of Mobile Food Vehicles.  Specifically, the City is studying the current language for the purpose of clarifying the existing regulations within Chapter 874 of the Codified Ordinances.
