Purpose & Explanation

Staff is seeking funding from the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of State Fire Marshal through a Fire Department Equipment Grant to assist with the purchase of P-25 compliant 800MHz portable radios for the Hudson Fire Department in conjunction with the migration to 800MHz radios. No match is required.  Staff is also seeking funding for 800MHz radio equipment through a FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant.
