NEORSD allocates 25% of the total storm water fees to the Community Cost-Share (CCS) Program and these funds are then available to communities to use towards storm water management projects and activities. To use the CCS funds, Cities must apply to NEORSD through a grant application and reimbursement process. This resolution would amend an existing application and agreement with NEORSD to use additional CCS funds towards the Barlow Community Center Dam Improvements Project. | approved on the consent agenda | |
