Brief Description: In 2017, City Council passed Resolution 17-141 which authorized the City Manager to enter into a two-year contract for cleaning services. The contract was for $75,772.72 and the contract term was for the years 2018-2019. The resolution included a 15% contingency for a total not to exceed contract amount of $87,138.63 annually.
