19-0015 1A. Staff ReportA discussion regarding the City’s Recycling Drop-Off Center Brief Description: The existing City Recycling Drop-off Center, which had been temporarily relocated to Oak Grove Park while Phase II development was in process, continues to present cost concerns and management challenges. With the quickly changing landscape of the recycling industry, the Environmental Awareness Committee (EAC) has recommended that the City permanently close the Center and take a different approach to community recycling efforts.
