Executive Summary: The project will involve the rehabilitation of the Brandywine Drive and Blackberry Drive bridges. The rehabilitation includes a poured concrete invert slab to increase hydraulic capacity and protect the bridge foundations, railing replacement, pavement and walk repairs. The Brandywine Drive bridge will also be waterproofed which will require the pavement and walk to be replaced and closed to traffic during this phase of the construction.
