Executive Summary: The Hudson Public Power Division has been consistently striving towards achieving the APPA RP3 designation. Over the past four years, HPP staff has been working diligently to meet requirements in best management practices, safety management training and implementation, as well as electric system maintenance and reliability improvements. In April 2015, the Hudson Public Power Division received the APPA RP3 Gold membership. The following employees were instrumental in HPP receiving this significant award: Kevin Powell, Public Works Superintendent for Utilities; Russ Brunstetter, Assistant Superintendent; Dave Autz, Systems Supervisor; and Dave Griffith, Systems Supervisor.presented  Action details Video Video
