CONTRACT FOR THE BARLOW COMMUNITY CENTER UPPER  
LAKE DAM EMBANKMENT REPAIR PROJECT.  
Brief Description: This project will repair a settled area along the upper dam  
at the Barlow Community Center, in accordance with the Ohio Department of  
Natural Resources' Dam Safety requirements.
