a)                     This case was most recently discussed by the AHBR on March 13, 2024. The Board requested the assistance of the Consultant to review the proposed plans.

b)                     The Consultant provided a report (in the attachments). The applicant submitted changes to the proposed design based on the report comments. Those changes include:

-                     On the right elevation, the existing gable walls and siding to remain. Windows would be replaced to match existing profile with a different design to distinguish from the existing house.

c)                     The applicant is proposing to remove historic materials on the existing garage and back portion of the house.

d)                     The applicant is proposing to use a hardi-board material, Andersen vinyl clad wood/fibrex windows, and a shingle material to match the house. Specification sheets are provided in the packet. Revise proposed window to an aluminum clad full wood window to be more appropriate.
