Recommendation

Suggested Action

Staff recommends that Council approve this authorization for the City Manager to advertise, receive bids and award the demolition and remediation of the Hudson Public Power facilities, salt dome, and Hudson bus garage project.  We are requesting that an emergency clause be added to this project in order to allow the bidding to occur quickly and keep the project on schedule.
