Purpose & Explanation
The purpose of this agreement is to memorialize the sharing of costs between the Cites of Hudson and Stow. All costs not covered by federal or state funding associated with the Norton Road & Darrow Road (SR 91) Intersection Improvement Project, PID No. 93452 shall be split (50%/50%) between the municipalities. This includes but is not limited to all projects costs: design, environmental, utility, right of way, construction, inspection, and contingency costs. Furthermore, the City staffs will cooperate and share information and review of project related materials as necessary. All costs will be paid directly by the municipalities. Therefore, a given invoice will be paid half by Hudson and half by Stow with neither city requiring reimbursement from the other.
