Purpose & Explanation
The Hudson Fire Department is seeking funding assistance for the purchase of a washer-extractor with the capacity for four sets of turnout gear. The Firefighter Exposure to Environmental Elements Program offers a 5-to-1 matching grant up to $15,000. Equipment cost is $11,351.00. The grant application is for $9,459.17. The City of Hudson’s match will be $1,891.83.
