Purpose & Explanation
A criminal history search of our records was performed using the information provided in the correspondence, which included the names and Social Security Numbers of the President and Secretary.  No records were found.  Please note that a copy of Form 4030 (Stockholder Disclosure) is on file.

Timing Considerations
The Clerk of Council must respond to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control no later than September 3, 2013, concerning City Council's request for a hearing.
