Purpose & Explanation
No criminal history search of City records is required for such a notice concerning stock transfer.
The Notice to Legislative Authority is attached, and information regarding Permit Classes is available on the Ohio Division of Liquor Control’s website.
Timing Considerations
The Clerk of Council must respond to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control regarding the City’s request for a hearing no later than October 8, 2021. An extension was granted, as the Notice was not received in time for Council action prior to the original due date.
