Executive Summary: This ordinance amends the City's pay range assignment schedule to include the Fire/EMS Chief, EMS Deputy Chief, EMS Operations Supervisor and eliminate the EMS Operations Manager position. These positions were presented during the discussion of the EMS restructuring and the funding was included in the 2015 budget.

Purpose & Explanation
The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the schedule to include the Fire/EMS Chief, EMS Deputy Chief and EMS Operations Supervisor and eliminate the EMS Operations Manager position.
Timing Considerations
We are requesting emergency language, as we are in the process of filling the EMS Operations Supervisor position.
