AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE ENGINEERING STANDARDS FOR INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION AND DIRECTING THEIR CODIFICATION INTO CHAPTER 1419, "ENGINEERING STANDARDS FOR INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION," OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES.
Executive Summary: In an effort to streamline publication of the Codified Ordinances, City staff has recommended that the Engineering Standards for Infrastructure Construction be included in Chapter 1419, "Engineering Standards for Infrastructure Construction" of the Codified Ordinances. Additionally, Section 7 of the City of Hudson Engineering Standards for Infrastructure Construction was last updated in 2015, and staff would like to update this section to reflect various changes and the transfer of information from the Hudson Land Development Code to the Engineering Standards.
