Purpose & Explanation
The proposed Downtown Phase II project is proceeding through the development review process as a Planned Development. The Planned Development process combines the site plan and subdivision review into one application. The Preliminary Plan step includes a public hearing and recommendation by Planning Commission. City Council receives the recommendation, conducts a public hearing and then acts on the application. A partnership agreement framework will be established in the coming weeks based on an established preliminary plan. The application would then proceed through a detailed design phase and preparation of a development agreement as part of the Final Plan stage.
