Purpose & Explanation
The proposed Downtown Phase II project is proceeding through the development review process as a Planned Development. The Planned Development process combines the site plan and subdivision review into one application. The Preliminary Plan step included public hearings by the Planning Commission and City Council. City Council accepted the Planning Commission recommendation and approved the Preliminary Plan on September 3, 2019 subject to the condition that the Planning Commission recommendation of the Final Plan be forwarded to City Council for review and acceptance.
