Purpose & Explanation
EDG is the design consultant for the Downtown Phase 2 project infrastructure for the Testa Companies. With placement of the Downtown Phase 2 issue on the May 7, 2019, ballot, the design of the development has stopped. The City Administration would like to continue with the main design components for the Downtown Phase 2 Project to maintain the project construction schedule.
The proposed infrastructure work includes the design of the sanitary sewer pump station, force main and storm water management components for the development. These portions of the design services will be needed for any development at the site.
The design fees for the design services are as follows:
