Purpose & Explanation
Acquisition of the below parcel is necessary for the improvement of SR 91 North from Brandywine Drive to Hines Hill Road in association with the SR 91 North Turn Lane Improvement Project. This parcel was previously authorized for temporary easements and/or permanent takes, but after a final title search, a clear title was not obtainable. For this reason, this property will be acquired via the appropriation process.
