Brief Description: It is necessary to enter into a lease agreement with AT&T at a cost of $551.15 per month for 3-years for an overall cost of $19,841.40 for dedicated leased circuit to connect to their hosted Vesta 911 system.

Purpose and Explanation
This will provide a dedicated circuit which will allow for connection and use of the AT&T owned and housed Motorola Solutions Vesta Enhanced 9-1-1 solution. Pricing has been confirmed and verified, lease agreement is being drafted by AT&T and is pending.
