Purpose and Explanation

This will provide a dedicated circuit which will allow for connection and use of the AT&T owned and housed Motorola Solutions Vesta Enhanced 9-1-1 solution. Pricing has been confirmed and verified, lease agreement is being drafted by AT&T and is pending.
