Brief Description: This Resolution would authorize an increase to redesign the Veterans Trail Phase IV project including environmental design and permitting, easement acquisition, trail design, and drainage design work.

Purpose & Explanation
The original alignment of the Veterans Trail Phase IV/Barlow Road Sidewalk project was entirely along the north side of the right-of-way of Barlow Road, from Terex Road east to SR 91 per the Connectivity Plan. In late 2019 the Veterans Trail Phase IV/Barlow Road Sidewalk Project has had a second and final public input meeting. The section of trail from Terex Road to Nicholson Drive was postponed due to resident feedback.
