Discussion: Additional Funding for the 2016 Asphalt Resurfacing Program.
Executive Summary: At the request of Council, staff has prepared a list of asphalt roadways with bid costs that could be added to the 2016 Asphalt Resurfacing Program. The Contractor (Ronyak Paving) is able to perform this work in the month of September 2016, if authorized by the end of August.

Purpose & Explanation
This additional funding would allow the City to perform roads that would otherwise be completed in 2017 with the next asphalt road program.
Timing Considerations
If City Council authorizes the additional funding and appropriation, staff will begin the work in September.
