Resolution No. 17-67, authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with DS Architecture for a Planning and Programming Study for a new Public Works Facility, passed April 18, 2017.
Purpose & Explanation
In 2016, staff determined that the proposed Public Works Facility Project required a more in-depth comprehensive needs assessment than currently existed. That effort has been completed by DS Architects, and staff wishes to review the assessment summary and associated cost opinion and seek direction to move forward with the project.
