Brief Description: Staff wishes to continue the discussion with City Council regarding a new Public Works facility. Staff with review past information which has been attached and propose new ideas as to potential sites for a new facility.

Timing Considerations
In 2021 the current lease term at the Georgetown Road Facility will be entering its third year of a four (4) year agreement. This impacts the timing of a new facility or the purchase and renovations of land and facilities on Georgetown Road.
