Brief Description:  Staff will present a review and update of the Public Works Facility Project. Mr. Jeffrey Meyers, CEO of DS Architecture will be in attendance to answer questions regarding the needs assessment and proposed project.

Purpose & Explanation

Staff will review the initial project needs assessment, new construction cost opinion and site location analysis.  Staff will also present project options and recommendation to move the project forward.   

Timing Considerations

The lease term at the Georgetown Road Facility is in the second year of a four (4) year agreement. Staff would like to begin the new project process as soon as possible.

Staff recommends City Council provide direction regarding moving the PW Facility Project forward, considering staff provided information and recommendations.
